“I checked in and wanted to upgrade to the buy points night. Unfortunately, Paula at the front desk did not understand the deal that the app was running and I was not able to capitalize on my points. Jared is the other gentleman that has the swing shift. My respect to him for organizing and prioritizing multiple situations when he is by himself. I am a big fan of this hotel!!!”
“Easy check in. Location was great and all the services they offered at the hotel . Indoor pool and hot tub. Bistro, computer. Pretty outdoor space. Carpets didn't look very clean. Big stain in our room by the window. Quite room like I requested but it was weird because it had a wide curtain but only one window on one side of it. Breakfast was good. The staff at the Bistro we're really great.”
